Manage your daily tasks more easily

Keeping track of what needs to be done each day can be time consuming. Thanks to the Dashboard section, you can easily visualise what needs to be done and not miss anything.

There are 4 lists displayed to help you manage your bookings:

• Tentatives to approve
• Payments due
• Check-ins of the day
• Check-outs of the day

Tentatives

A tentative booking is a booking which has not yet been confirmed, because the downpayment has not yet been paid by the guest.

The tentative list shows you all the pending tentatives that are awaiting to be approved. This allow you to convert these tentatives into confirmed bookings, or reject them in order to free up availabilities in your calendar.

You can click "view all bookings" in order to see the full list of pending tentatives.

Payments due

The payments due list shows you all the bookings with payments that are due and haven't been collected yet. Automated notifications are already sent to your guests in order to make sure payments are collected on time, however having a visual on the current missing payments also allows you to get in touch with your clients if needed, and gives you more certainty that no booking can happen with a payment still missing.

You can click "view all bookings" in order to see the full list of bookings with payments due.

Today's check-in

The daily check-in list shows you all the bookings with an arrival on the current day. This allows you to keep an eye on daily arrivals and make sure that everything is taken care of for the arrival of your guests.

Today's check-out

The daily check-out list shows you all the bookings with an departure on the current day. This allows you to keep an eye on daily departures and make sure that everything is taken care of for the departure of your guests.
