Minimum notice for instant bookings

As instant booking is required to be able to connect with the different platforms, if you aren't able to accept last minute bookings, we suggest that you add in a minimum advance notice period for instant bookings (please note that a minimum notice of 3 days before arrival is set by default).

This can be modified by going under Rentals. You will need to click on each rental individually and go to Booking Settings > Preferences > Edit:
