Connection to the channels

You already have accounts on some reservation platforms? No problem, our team will take care of it!

  • Airbnb

We will need to connect to your existing account. In order to do that, we will need to organise a short call with you to access your profile (Airbnb will send you a text message with a security code, which we will need) and take control of your account (don't worry! All of the functionality that you are used to using on Airbnb will now be accessed and managed from Smily).

Once your account is connected to Smily, we will be able to import your property information from Airbnb to Smily, as well as all of your existing bookings (this import is possible if your properties were not created manually in Smily previously).

  • Booking.com

Your properties will be published on our own Booking.com account. So, during our call, we will request from Booking.com that they migrate your properties to be attached to the BookingSync Partner Card (legal entity 119162) via the inbox available in your Booking.com Extranet. We will need to allow 24 to 72 hours for the migration to be complete by Booking.com.

  • Vrbo

Your properties will be published on our own Vrbo account. Once your property uploads reach 100% on Smily, they will automatically be sent to Vrbo (first to the French platform Abritel, that's why a French description of your properties is required for the moment) then translated automatically into different languages to be published on all of the different Vrbo sites (for example, the English platform https://www.vrbo.com, French: https://www.abritel.fr/, German https://www.fewo-direkt.de/ and many more!).

You will then just have to hide your existing listings so that they do not appear as duplicates. The process to hide your listings is as follows:

As it is not possible to import properties from Vrbo, you will need to recreate your rentals (if you didn't already have them in an Airbnb account) and manually add your existing bookings. It is however possible to import your reviews onto your new listing. We will take care of this and arrange the import with Vrbo if you place the request to us.

You don't yet have accounts on the reservation platforms? No problem, our team will take care of that as well!

Airbnb

We will create your account. To do this, we need to arrange a short call with you to add the phone number that guests will be able to use to contact you (Airbnb will send you a security code by text message to validate your phone number).

  • Booking.com

Your properties will be published automatically on our Booking.com account as soon as they reach 100% on Smily.

  • Vrbo (Abritel)

Your properties will be published automatically on our Abritel account as soon as they reach 100% on Smily.

Important Note: for each rental, the name and description section must be completed in French for the property to be published on Vrbo. The French description will be used for Vrbo in French (Abritel). The English description will be used for all the English speaking brands of Vrbo. An automatic translation will be done for other languages (we are planning on adding more languages to be managed from Smily)

Please note that a multi-room or multi-unit setup is unfortunately not possible in Smily (for example advertising 1 same property as 3 properties where property 1 has 1 room, property B has 1 room and property C has 2 rooms (A+B)). We are developing this option and plan to have it in the future however only for Booking.com (other channels do not offer this option).A
