Manage your reviews

Reviews are important as they give your property extra visibility and inspire confidence for your guests. They are also a way for you to give value to your guests feedback.

We are currently working with the different platforms to allow reviews to be syncronised with Smily. There are still a few technical adjustments that are required for this section to be ready, but we are doing everything we can to ensure that it will be available very soon. The aim is that you will be able to see all the reviews left on your rental/s, respond to guests and also be the first to leave your own reviews of your guests.

In the meantime, you can share reviews that you would like to leave your guests using this form: https://bookingsync.typeform.com/to/WU5QLU ! We will take care of adding them for you.

Please note that:

  • Airbnb's policy is that reviews must be left within 14 days of the guest departing. After this time, we will no longer be able to add reviews for you.
  • HomeAway's policy is that guests have one year to leave a review on their stay with you. However, as soon as you write your review, the guest then only has 14 days to leave theirs. The reviews will appear for a period of 2 years from the day the review is left.
  • Don't forget that once you have left a review, it cannot be modified. Neither corrections to grammar and spelling, nor changes to the message are allowed.
  • Reviews will only be published on a platform if they respect the content guidelines of that platform.
