You can track payments that have been received for your bookings in the Smily interface. To see the payment status, click on the booking and check the payment bar. You can also click the small arrow next to the payment bar to see details about the payments:
If the payment bar on a booking is blue, it means that the booking is not fully paid yet, you still need to receive a payment for this booking. Usually this is because the guest has paid the downpayment to book, but the balance has not yet been paid.
You do not need to do anything if the payment bar is blue. Smily will take care of ensuring that the balance is paid.
If the payment bar on a booking is green, it means that the booking price has been paid in full
If the payment bar on the booking is yellow, this means that the payment is authorized. The money has been collected from the guest or blocked on their account. You have nothing to do! The payment will be processed automatically before the booking check-out date.
